How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can change your subscription plan at any time from your Account Settings. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan. If upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. If downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle and you'll receive a credit for the unused portion.
Can I use Xheris on mobile devices?

Yes! Xheris is fully responsive on mobile browsers, and we offer dedicated iOS and Android apps. Download them from the App Store or Google Play. All your data syncs automatically across all devices, so you can manage your business from anywhere.
How do I export my data?

You can export your data at any time from Settings > Data Export. Choose the data types you want (clients, invoices, quotes, etc.) and the format (CSV, Excel, or PDF). You'll receive a download link via email within a few minutes. Your data always belongs to you.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers (SEPA), and digital wallets. For annual plans, we also offer payment by invoice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption.
Can I customize invoices and quotes with my branding?

Absolutely! You can fully customize your invoices and quotes with your company logo, colors, fonts, and custom fields. Go to Settings > Templates to create and manage your branded templates. You can create multiple templates for different service types or clients.
Is my data secure and backed up?

Yes. We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your data is automatically backed up every 6 hours to multiple secure locations. We're GDPR compliant and undergo regular third-party security audits. You can view our full security documentation in the Security & Privacy section.
Do you offer training or onboarding support?

Yes! All new users receive a personalized onboarding email series with video tutorials. Business and Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding call with our team. We also offer live webinars every week and have an extensive video library in our Help Center.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account within 30 days without losing any data.
